I like trying chocolates where cocoa beans come from different places. Like the other day, I bought a pack of 3 bars at Costco called "Cachet - premium belgian chocolate". So I have a 64% from
Peru, 71% from Costa Rica and 80% from Uganda (ohhh that one is bitter!).
Some people find dark chocolate too bitter and I can appreciate that (like my wife), but when you dip a piece in tea or coffee, the magic happens...
