Kourtney portraits

My cousin's daughter. I used 2 umbrella lights for this. One as a reflector, one as a diffuser. And my D80 with my 35mm f1.8. The last photo was a fake window built in the middle of the room and a light behind it.

Very nice...I like the effect of the window..

1st Image..The only thing that I would do differently would be not cut her off at the ankles..

number two would look better in portrait mode instead of landscape. (Vertical instead of horizontal)

Absolutely gorgeous!! I like them all! To be fair, with a kid as cute as that, it would be hard to take a bad photo!

Well, since these are not in the critique section, I'm not "critiquing". The third is my absolute favorite . . . nice light in the eyes and a creative pose. And I agree with Dave . . . hard to go wrong with a cutie like this one. Nice work.

The natural light one is my favorite. Study that light and try to reproduce it with an umbrella. It gorgeous!

Thanks, but it was done with an umbrella. It was raining out so there was no natural light to be had.
