Hey well I just picked up my first DSLR the other day, a D5100. I already love it. I want to learn as much as I can about the camera and photography in general. I plan to do a lot with light painting, its probably one of the main reasons I bought the D5100. Im from West Covina, California about to be 25 in a few days, I am currently in the Army and an MP and stationed over seas. So thanks for your time.

Currently in Cuba and that's as much as I can get into it lol. Great photo opportunities out here. Almost done with this tour and back home by Thanksgiving. Thanks for the warm welcome.
