Prometheus - In the Kitchen, No One Can Hear You Scream

I was experimenting with light and the more I experimented, the more fun I had with this.

The image below is of an egg. I took two exposures. One for the egg and the blue light. The other for the hot spot on top. I merged the two files in photoshop.

This was supposed to be a shadow study of light on the egg. After a short period, the egg started sweating due to the muggy air in the kitchen (AC down, fridge is really cold). It started reminding me of ALIEN so that is what I ran with in the end.

I used one LED flash light for the blue light in the background.
I used one incandescent bulb flash light to warm the egg from the back right side.

The egg is on a black plexi sheet.
