Hey all. Took some pictures of my friend and her family at the beach this weekend (with the bright red sunburn to prove it) and I was processing some of the pictures and started to get a little discouraged. Since everyone was wearing white or black shirts and jeans and between the sand/water/sky... they all are looking too similar to each other. Here is one I converted to black and white and here are the specs:
Nikon D3000
f/5.6
1/5000 sec
55mm
Lens Nikon DX 55-200
In this particular picture, dad was pretending to throw the son in the sea. I liked that the waves kind of framed him I'd like to get a little more impact from this picture and just am not sure how. Also, here's a link to the rest of the photos if you'd like to peek and maybe offer some pointers. Thanks GoodBoyPhotography's Photos | SmugMug Just click on the "Leister" album.
