Since I went out for a hike last night, and one of my NYresolutions is to try and give my poor Fuji some love (and finally play more with adapted lenses, and here with MF-only is where most non-golden ring kit-level things start to really suck with clunky and plasticy focus rings), why not try a 365 thing.
So first and foremost, the 24-120 - absolutely brilliant piece of glass even wide open, and even @120 contrary to so many reviews and opinions. This thing really does blow 24-85 out of the water, and my 24-85 is not a bad copy by any means.
And of course, X-Pro1 came in handy when we had to literally goat hop across 70* cliffs and having the little one clipped to the front of my backpack strap for quick access won it some points over the 600. Otherwise that little X-trans sensor definitely renders colors in a whole different way than Nikon's sony's and it's finally starting to show, at least to my eyes.
What I'll do today, I'm not sure yet, but I'll try to aim for something different and likely indoors because I'm still not a huge fan of 20-25* weather.
