Beautiful model! Here's what i absolutely love about the photo: excellent bokeh, model's face looks like porcelain (I'd kill to have skin like that . . . sigh). . . nice lighting on the face, lots of emphasis on the eyes. Hairdo is great. . . very 1940-ish.
I know that "pin-up" is a particular style, so this is a good shot, especially since it accentuates her curves.
My "adjustment recommendations" have more to do with the posing than the actual photo techniques. Model does not appear comfortable. There's a little bit of a double chin because her head appears to be tilting down just a tad. The necklace and the bodice front of her outfit are a little "busy". I would get rid of the necklace or use an outfit that doesn't have the big closures on the front. I would think that something more of a 1940's look (to match the hair-do) would be more appropriate. Also, the hands with interlaced fingers don't appear very flattering and not in a good location (unless that was the intent).
Perhaps if she turned her upper body a little away from the camera (more of an "s-curve" ), and you shot from just a little higher angle, her eyes, cleavage and curves would be greatly accentuated.
Don't know if you wanted all of this. If she's a client and is happy, then mission accomplished. In any case, you were successful in capturing her sensuality!
IMHO
