I'd love to bend your ear on how you implemented the freelancer incentive program. I've wanted to get something similar off the ground for awhile now, but getting like-minded folks together to pull it off has been a daunting task.

Helene you rock! Your magazine is just as amazing as your photography work and I'm a huge fan of your work!!!! You deserve every success that comes your way you have earned it.
