I find them too heavy now,i had trouble with the last one but i want a Tamron 150-600,the D750 is crying out for a long lens and i only fancy the Tamron,i should have gone down Dons road and titled the thread.

I might try the Nikon 200-500 after I read how much Ken Rockwell loves/hates it. My 70-300 isn't cutting it. Even on DX.

Do you have any information on the cart, such as how you converted it? I'm really interested in doing one of these. Is there a thread here on your project? Do you have a favorite website that you recommend for these conversions?

I just figured out what this is/was. A gold bag cart. I don't play golf so did not recognize it.

I'm looking to do the same type of thing with a foldable jogging stroller. The main difference that I see is that the stroller I want to purchase for this has a swiveling from wheel. The wheels may be larger, but maybe not.

Mike, you know the Tamron drove you nuts. Why not try the Sigma, go with a Nikon 300mm f/4 with 1.4xTC, or wait on the new Nikon 200-500? J-see is right, you don't really want to marry your ex again, do you?
I agree, though, you NEED a long lens. It's importance is pretty close to the need ofr oxygen, food, water, and Internet access.
