Z5 not saving in RAW (.nef)

I have a Z5. and D3200. Started using Z5 after a few months. and noticed it is not saving files in RAW format. Earlier I had set slot 1 and slot to for Raw and JPG and it had no problems before. I already reset the camera and tried but still the same.

Have you tried different cards? You might also try having it save only RAW files to see what happens.

Yes I did...after reformatting in the camera. and I also tried using single card.
