If I knew about Yongnuo YN568EX II before I bought my SB400, I would have bought that for sure.
Oh well, I don't plan on using flash a lot, since I'm mostly want to take photos outdoors, but I eventually want to learn to use the flash effectively. For that I can already tell I'll need a more powerful one than the SB400

I hope for everyone to be happy! Maybe not this christmas but one day it may happen. For now maybe just to know that my oldman out there some where has some inkling that I exist and who I am.... Nah bugger it everyone's happiness is easier to wish for ...

When I saw this thread I asked myself, which lens would I like to have? After some thinking I realised that I don't want any additional lenses. I have a 35mm, a 50mm and an 85mm with top-rate quality. Plus a medium-quality standard zoom, which I never use now. AAMOF, I don't even need the 50mm. The 35mm and the 85mm would be enough. I haven't used (or missed) any other lens for the past 4 months or so.

possibly another prime lens? I only have 1 prime right now, a 50mm and would love a few more lol- like a 24?

hmm and some other non camera stuff- am into tropical fish- keeping too so a petsmart gift card would be awesome! and chocolate and a book that I want- plus some small other random stuff.
