in flickr I click on the pic I wanted to post. After that I go in the middle of my pic right mouse click and select the size I want after I go over the pic copy Image location.

In Forum I go to the Insert Image button select from url and here it is

mine are from Flickr but i didn't have to use the Insert Image button. the way i do it is..
display the pic you want to link
click the Share icon at the bottom (arrow in a box)
click Grab the HTML/BBCode option
select and copy the text in the box (Ctrl+C)
select size from drop down
back here, paste the HTML code into the edit box and delete everything but the IMG tag
Post

note you can still use the Insert Image button by clicking Grab the Link in Flickr, copying the URL and pasting that into the Select from URL tab on the dialog (all's the Insert Image dialog does is take the url and surrounds it with starting and closing IMG tags which HTML code already gives you).

Shooting a M/C hill climb last weekend this rider asked me to take his picture in this pose. He is probably the Kenny Roberts or Dale Earnhardt of hillclimbing and just finished his last ride of the day, and it wasn't fast enough to beat the young guns.
While sitting there watching the race on his way back down the hill the circumstances of his posture reminded him of the iconic end of the trail silhouette of the Indian warrior on his dead tired horse.
