Actually, I saved a (well, half hehehe) ball of ice from the ice storm. If I get a nice light today, it would be a great way of testing the D90...

We *HAD* the temps to try this recently, but not currently. I'm sure they'll come down again sometime soon, though. Thanks for sharing!!

I'll have to wait for the wind to die down. I just couldn't see myself chasing bubbles with a 50 km/hr wind. :)

Yep coloured frozen bubbles was on my list of photo "to do's" this winter as well the boiling water throw when it gets below -25C. We're in a crazy warming trend lately and hovering right around 0C so will have to wait a bit til it cools off again. Looks like I'll need a macro lens though…
