Day 64. From a shooting today - 2 brothers, its for a 60th birthday present for their dad (a framed image to hang in his office). Obviously they haven't seen any images yet, just edited a few so I could post here.

Above portraits is a crop. I like getting so close (read: cutting their scalps ;)) but IF they aren't into that, I kept the original.. But above defiantly works for me.

The b& w works best for me. Very well done and it tells a story but the client will be the final judge.

"Sadly", the second test for his thyroid were normal, so thats not what triggered a seizure. And they found absolutely nothing in his ears, that sucks big time. So now there isn't really anything else to do, than wait - could be we were the luckiest people on earth and he never has a seizure again, or else well.. then its epilepsy. If it comes again, we will get medicine and supplements for him.

Fingers crossed for you Mai.

I hope the best for your dog :)
When I was younger my parents had a dog that got epileptic seizures, that really sucked! He had a descend enough life apart from that, but it would definitely have been better without them.

I really like the portraits as well. And the B/W in particular. Really a great capture of their relationship - or at least it appears to be.

And finally, I think your idea for a dog photography school sounds awesome. Had I not lived on the wrong side of Storebælt and have no dogs to shoot, I would have signed up for sure :) And that's even BEFORE you mentioned the cake ;)

Thank you... I got an image but to tired so I'll post tomorrow.

Nidding, they had a really good relationship, was so nice to see. And they had so much fun in front of the camera.

I like this one the best. There is just something "real" about it.

Oh that sounds very calming! Thank you so much for writing it. Most people tell me about how crazy it can go, I like yours soooo much better.

Sleeping beauty. While I took this shot, the other dog sneaked out of the garden, that little rascal ;) Luckily he comes back when called.

Well, as I have said before Mai, you are the Dog Whisperer, really like the two pups together.

Again, posting tomorrow... out all day (such a lovely sunny day here). Someone helped me gardening:

Day 67, well.. more dog. This is the youngest one, so tired after all that gardening.

Day 68.
More outdoor work today, best day ever, we finally got rid of our old and semi-dead hedge, tomorrow we are putting up a new fence (and someday we will grow a new hedge). Also started to prepare to make our parking lot part of the garden, growing a new lawn there (we got parking 20 meters from our house, so its really not that necessary).

Seriously, I don't know anything better than digging in my garden, with all my dogs and my husband.
