She wanted an "old school" birthday cake with whipped cream, she sure got that lol.
The cake layers (is that what it is called?) I normally bake myself but I were short on time, so I had to buy some.
Half a liter of creme heated up to just before it started to boil (important that it doesn't boil). Half of it I poured over 150 gram of chopped white chocolate and stirred slowly until all the chocolate was melted. 4 leaves of gelatin in the rest of the hot cream, and mixed it all together. In the fridge until next day, were I stirred it slowly with a mixer, until it turned into a soft cream.
Whipped a ton of cream with vanilla from vanilla pod and a little plain sugar (when you use that, you can make the whipped cream much "harder" without turning it to butter) and then, because it is NOT strawberry season here, I used some strawberry jam (normally I would have made the jam myself, gives a better and more concentrated taste). Stirred the jam in the whipped cream and then just get it all in the cake.
Cut out strawberrys in between. Chocolate on top.

Day 34, nerves on a string, tomorrow latest I have to ship the files of for printing, and then wednesday or thursday, I have to deliver it for the gallery. I think this one will be one of them.
I would love if you had an opinion about which ones to show. Ill just make a new post with all of them.

So, 5-6 images for displaying. 1 or 2 will be A3, the rest A4. They will have a white rim (? edge?) for a few centimeters, because I love that look, and all will be glued on to 5mm hard foam.
This first one is definitely A3 and its not up for debate - I like it so much, I'm gonna set the price really high, so no one will buy it lol.. I want it hanging at home.
For the second landscape image, I'm torn between these 2..
The next two in size A4
Not sure about this one. Maybe this or maybe the last one.. just because its funny....

For the landscapes I prefer the second of the two you're unsure of, but I also believe it's got extremely similar lighting to the first you've chosen. Not that there's anything wrong with that. For your 5th, either works for me. Go with the hand if you want to show something different, otherwise go for three levitations/elevations.
