This is a drawing of an actual person, with a bullet hole in his forehead. If this drawing was of you, would you feel threatened? I just need a yes or a no and a reason why or why not. That is it. Please, no politics, religion or anything about gun control. Thanks

If it were me in the picture I would feel threatened and would want to know who drew it and why. I would imagine that if it were me though I would know why and might even know who. A political figure might not know who though.

No...talk and art are cheap...it is the quiet ones who are deadly...

Most folks are all blow and no go in my experience when it comes to threats...

It depends who did it and where it was placed. Without knowing that, it would depend on where the image was taken from. Without knowing that, then "No". Or perhaps I should say, "No more threatened than normal".

A story that i read today prompted me to ask the question. This is not something that i just pulled from the blue sky. Unfortunately, becasue of how some threads go, i did not want to post the actual story - but i think you can deduce from the question and the picture, that the person depicted in the picture, felt threatened. Aside from that, i beleive it is a very simple question.

If this was a real life thread however, I wouldn't hesitate to use force in defending my life if needed. I own my own guns, and can take care of myself.

Am I doing some sort of homework for you or something? Why would you ask this? Is this YOUR face?

No, it's not me. No, this is not a homework assignment. The face is of an actual police officer in Montreal. A young girl who has had a history with the police and who has a history of organizing protests, posted the picture on her Instagram account. The polics took this as a threat towards the police officer and arersted her. She has a court date on the 17th. In her words, she thought "it would be funny" to post it up on the web. Anyhow, the story is all over the web. I only asked to get other peoples perception of a threat. I think i would feel threatened if it was my face.

If I was a cop I REALLY wouldn't feel threatened...and in Canada no less..gimeneez WTF is the world coming too???

The human race is going to politically correct itself into extinction...

This reminds me of N Korea or something...

If I were to see this on the street, my mind would be occupied wondering why anyone would post such an ugly thing. I would detest the image, but not feel threatened.

Jack remember your signature " thinking outside the box, just throw the box out" or something to that effect. Sometimes it gets boring talking about photography - off topic conversations are refreshing from time to time.

I heard about that on NPR the other day. I had not seen the picture until you posted it.

As for feeling threatened. Yes, I would feel threatened, especially because people have become so polarized over the past few years.
