I was walking next to a pond in Orlando Wetlands, and an Anhinga popped its head up from the middle of a maze of aquatic vegetation with a fish speared on its beak. Down the hatch it went.
This Roseate Spoonbill parent had its bill tucked up under its wing and wanted to get a little sleep, but there was so much commotion from all the nests and young birds of many types in the area, sleep couldn't come easily.
