Both of these are fantastic, Woody! How do you like the D500 with the 300mm f/4 PF and a 1.4x TC? I removed my 300mm f/4 PF lens and TC from my D500 and have been using my 24-120mm f/4 on it instead. The pairing gives me some reach while also being nice for scenery. It's a combo I've only used for events but am finding I enjoy the body/lens as a doable walk-around set.
