My wife, Lorraine, and I just got back from Montreal where she competed in the World Triathlon Championships for the Sprint Triathlon distance. She placed 14th in the 70-74 age group with a fantastic effort. The next day her relay team took the silver medal, with Lorraine doing the anchor legs and racing very well to protect the team's silver medal position.
I took these with an old P510 Coolpix. I forgot how clunky that camera is. LOL.

Well done to your wife on such an achievement :encouragement:
These young Bald Eagles have fledged, although they still spend most of their time near the nest. Mom and Dad are still feeding them in the nest, too. These two youngsters cozied up to each other for a while this morning. There is another sibling, and that one seems to be much bolder and independent, probably indicating it is the oldest of the three.
