I got to the nest late at 7:00 AM, and these guys were already sleepy from a wild night out of the nest. I think they will fully fledge and flying pretty soon.

I agree with Marilynne, all three are terrific. Personally my favorite is #1, with their heads turned the same direction but one having an open eye. But ask me again when the wind changes direction....

We've had lots of rain the last couple of days, which is pretty rare and quite welcome around here. It's certainly possible to have snow in May, but it doesn't look to be in the forecast.

51,200 ISO shot well before sunrise.

It's incredible how little noise you get at that ISO. Nikon really knew what they were doing with that sensor.

I'm impressed as well for the low noise on this high iso shot. Did you use Topaz DeNoise in post?

I used Topaz DeNoise, but there was surprisingly little noise for such a high ISO.
