If I can fault them it's that it's not available on the D800's and higher. I suspect easily 2/3 of the photographers with a camera capable of AF tuning don't use it, and half those don't know what it is. On your semi-pro and pro level cameras there's no excuse, but if I look around it's probably easier for a pro to switch systems when they find a problem like that than it is to get a company to react. And yet pros switch back.
