last night it was quite windy,, but I wanted to take a night photo of the xmas street in town,
so,, set the ISO all the way up to ISO 2000, and was able to use around 1/50th a second, fast enough to
capture the tree in detail,, This is with the D800 with te 36 million pixlel..
And frankly, I think it does as well as my D700 with all those extra pixels,, so here is the shot
with no noise reduction:
