Sometimes it is so strange the way paths cross, and photo exists that just a moment before and a moment after the photo no longer exists, and in fact, won't exists for the rest of the day.
So, for example, I was waiting for a cruise, and wandered away from the group a few hundred yards, and there was a abandoned pier, as I was approaching a pier, a lone lady decided to stroll out on this pier too, with the nice light, and setting,
Of course, you need to be able to take pictures fast, and have the settings correct. I shoot manual, but this is so instinctive now, that it just happens.
Here is the very first shot of the moment:

just a random moment of two paths crossing, one with a D7000 and a 24-85 lens. She kept on walking, and the other shots are nice too, but this first one, is maybe my favorite because the way she was holding her arms. who knows, perhaps she was camera aware.
Besides the wedding shots, I suspect I'll have maybe 10-25 portfolio shots, which is not bad, since I really did not have that much extra time.
