I don't know if anyone else is like this but I think there are like 5 pictures of me and maybe 10 of my wife but there are hundreds of my kids and tons of other family members like grandpas and grandmas and cousins nieces and nephews.

Just goes to show you never know. You can have a mass shooter armed with a Nikon in your midst and he looks like the friendly neighborhood guy across the street! LOL

Cool deal sir. Hope you get home soon before Ramadan ends I've heard it is a little hot over there lately. IMHO I wish all of you guys could come home and if they jack with us again next time we oughtta send submariners over there and lob nuclear tipped missiles at them until flippin no one can ever visit the Bahamian buddhas for twenty thousand years unless they are in a space suit. Enough is enough already!

I'm sorry but those folks are frigging animals I've heard the stories for 10 years now.

Your eyes are still pretty good, it's a Hornet patch. My squadron still flies old F/A-18Cs. The photo's not too old; it was taken late 2011 on my most recent deployment. My squadron's CMC was pretty big into photography and was taking photos on the flight deck while I happened to be waiting to start up.

Yep, you are right. That would be a Hornet patch. You can see the carriers island in the background and some Hornets in the refelction on his visor.
