With some domain hosts, when payment is missed for hosting they will put a placeholder page in place and give a little time for the fees to be paid up. I expect it either starts to work again soon or disappears into the Internet Archive Wayback Machine.

No, just using my regular sign in. On Edge, it's a big loop, get an error that it's not safe to continue, go back or continue. When I click on continue it brings me back to the sign in screen. I don't get the site being updated message unless I use FireFox.
I'm not seeing anything past November 2025. When I click on the thread "site problems", I get a message "something went wrong. please try again'.

I know the "site is not safe" message, I commonly get that logging into to the network interface of a copier because it does not use "https:" secure access. The entire internet is supposed to use TLS secure protocols now and your web browsers kind of demand it.
It may be that the web server never got the needed secure protocol updates required as web browsers got updated for them.
