D810 + 24-70mm for me, then with the sale of my non-FF lenses & the 7100, I'd get a 150-600 and probably lighting gear with any change!

A new Sony A7 ii and a 90 mm fe 2.8 macro lens. I would still have some left over for a nice fe Zeiss 24-70 mm lens.
