What would you get first???

I've had my D5100 for over a year now and I am progressing very well. I do wildlife mostly Bird photography.

The 3 things I'm thinking of upgrading are:

1. Body to the D7100I like the extra command dial and extra buttons

2. Lenses I'd like to upgrade my 55-300 to both the Nikon 300F4 and a Sigma 150-500

What would you get first??
Thanks in advance

The D7100 is great..but not a good enough jump per se...When the time comes for you the 610 should suffice...I went from.D3100 to D7100...that is a jump...Fast glass sir...

I did go from the D5100 to the D7000 and I do like the jump. The weather sealed body and the commander mode were my main reasons. I also wanted a backup body so I still have and use my D5100. Unless you need these specific functions then I would go for the glass first.

Always get glass first! Cameras come and go, but lenses last forever! :) At least, the good ones do. :) And I'd go for the 300 f/4, for sure!

I'm doing the same thing...even though I haven't had the D5100 long I just like the D7000/D7100 better and how it handles. I shoot mostly in manual mode now since I'm learning. Anyway I just bought a couple lenses this week, and have one more on my list to get (Tamron 70-200mm/2.8 VC) before I want to consider getting the D7000 or D7100 but the sales lately have made me tempted.
