What do you use your Fn & Pv Button for?

As a new user to the D7100 I'm still learning to take full control and advantages of all the features.

I've currently set my AE-L / AF-L Button for the autofocus, rather than the half button press and I absolutely love it! Works really well with Continuous Focus!

So now I'm looking to set my Pv and Fn Buttons up to what I want.

I'm just wondering what some of you are using on each button?

I find the Pv Button the easiest to find and use, so that will be my preferred one.

Many Thanks

James

I find it tough to use the AE-L / AF-L button for autofocus. I'm left eye dominant and the button is too close to my nose when shooting.
The bridge of my nose lands directly on the first knuckle of my thumb when trying to use this function.

I have set the fn button for autofocus and the pv button is set to take me to 'my menu'.

I have the MB-D15 set to use the AE-L / AF-L button as it does not interfere...

I set the Fn button for the level - the horizon - as I have difficult taking straight pictures especially when I'm holding the camera in portrait mode! The Pv button I assign to Flash Lock. In addition to avoid blink by the pre-flash, I find that using the Flash lock pre-flash, the exposure seem more accurate with my SB700.
