I came around a corner and found the hawk right in front of me, enjoying the spoils of the morning hunt

This one landed in a bush just in front of me and posed nicely. I am still trying to figure out what it is -- maybe an immature rufous or one of those odd hybrids that show up from time to time

I don't know why I am a student -- I changed it to Hobbyist, as the folks who were my only paying job have, for now, decided to go with a younger "professional" photographer. We'll see.

I see if I can get the right title set
