a male Bullock's was calling constantly, but I couldn't spot him

Stumpy, the phoebe with the bad left leg -- has trouble taking off and landing, but seems to be doing okay for bugs

I spotted this guy down in the dam creek, trying to eat a crayfish the size of a lobster

A lucky shot out my car window as I was about to leave -- not great, but a small miracle I got anything at all.
