Can't get over the sharpness and clarity in your pics! I may have asked the before, but is there a lot of post-processing involved? Also, do you use flash and / or a tripod? Brilliant stuff!

I only use a flash for macro and some flower shots. I almost always shoot on a tripod, because my right hand doesn't do hand-held for very long

I don't do any fancy processing, just use the basic tools in FastStone. I am a heavy-handed cropper, but mostly just fiddle the lighting, as I tend to shoot in iffy light a lot. I will do a little sharpening some times, if I'm trying to save a shot.
