Spent time trying to catch up some on your great images. Going by the shutter speeds I'm guessing that you shoot almost everything hand held?

You have enviable endurance. Except for BIF, I shoot on a tripod with a panhead. My right hand is a bit wonky and gives out pretty quick with the Tam hand-held.
