Went down to the river to see what was about. There was a strong cold wind blowing and the river was running fast after last weeks rain, so the few birds were mostly huddled on shore or feeding in the shallows.

Just as I was leaving, this jogger stopped and walked out to the end of the diversion wall, sat down, and started stretching. The wall is only about 10" wide and it was a 15' drop to the water. If I tried that, they'd be pulling by body out a mile down river.
