No; Allen's. Too early yet for the rufous, though who knows with our weather? The only true key is the second right and left from the center tail feathers -- if they are notched, it is rufous, else it is Allen's. Other than that, generally, rufous tend to be a little smaller, stockier, and have a straighter beak. They are also noted as more aggressive, but Allen's, in my observations, can be damn testy, too. All in all, Allen's is the best bet short of an autopsy.
