Had to go off and get poked and prodded by the local shaman this morning, so no real time for a walk about. Luckily, I came home to a courtship show on the back patio with two of our resident Allen's. She was sitting on the flower tip of a cardinal's guard

He was about a foot lower, trying to get her eye

She wasn't too interested in his display, so he stepped it up

Despite his best efforts, she decided she had to get her nails done and shot off over the fence
