Feeling rushed and out of sorts this morning, as the month ends.

Some young blue birds were getting an early start on nest building

The kingfisher was on the hunt again and kept landing in the worst spots for a picture

A bunch of orange crowned warbler's about, but none would come out of the shadows

First day of the fall plant sale and I didn't get a minute to take a single picture. After we closed up, I was worrying for my 365, but as I dragged my tired butt from the nursey, a turkey vulture came floating over looking for dinner. I had to shhot from the hip, so to speak, and it doesn't live up to the BIF images posted around here, but I'll take it today

Sale done, year over, and good riddance to bad interns

On the up side, I got a walk in at the lake, always fun after a rain
