Have only been to one LDS Temple . Just East of Cleveland? It too was a building of great proportion and excellent workmanship, but of frame construction.

Is it the one in Columbus? I looked it up and it is beautiful too. It is amazing to see what can be done with the architecture of these buildings.

Day 179/365 This is day two of our vacation. We went up the canyon and found this lake. Beautiful Place. Do you see the ducklings at the shoreline?

Day 179/365 Where would my thread be without some flowers? These are pretty white wildflowers that were growing around the lake.

Day 179/365 My grandson and I took a walk around the lake, as we walked past this guy, he caught that fish, so I asked him if I could take his picture. As we walked on, my grandson said, "Grammy, you are taking pictures of random people." Then when we got back to where his parents were he told them that I was taking pictures of random people. He just doesn't know how we photographers work yet. LOL

Day 179/365 Another white wildflower My grandson was leading the way around the lake and he would look back and wonder where I was, he would find me off shooting a flower. He was amazed that I could even find them, he said that he didn't even see them.

Roy, I am just catching up with my photos that I took while I was on vacation and couldn't get a decent wifi connection. These shots were from yesterday. I still have some to post for today too.

Day 179/365 Manti Lake,

179/365 Pink Wildflower, Gotta take those flower shots. After a while my grandson just rolled his eyes when he would find me crouched over yet another flower.

Day 179/365 Another random person that caught a fish, so I asked if I could take his photo. By this time me grandson was just ready drag me back to the car. LOL He is 14 and very sensitive of everything.

Day 179/365 Groundhog? This guy has about 50 entrances to his home. My grandson saw him hop into a hole near us, then he hopped out of a hole about 3 feet away. This interested my grandson for a while.

Day 180/365 This is the Carriage Restaurant and Bed & Breakfast. This is one of the old houses in Manti. A lot of the buildings there are built with "oolidic" stone. This is a good example of Pioneer construction.

Roy, I always mess up the date too. Then Moab Man made fun of me messing up my dates, so I downloaded an app that tells me what the Day of Year. I have to look at the app every day. :/
