Wow, Thanks so very much Pretzel. You make me feel like I can actually take a good photo. It really builds up my spirits. With everyone's help on the Forum I am learning a great deal. You guys all ROCK!
This is the same peach rose that was in some of my former shots. It was a long stemmed rose but I didn't have a vase that was tall, so I cut the stem into 3 pieces and placed the stems and the rose in water. Now the rose is dried up BUT the stem has some new growth on it. This is my personal sign of spring.

As I was setting up for the Rose and the new growth shot, I knocked some of the leaves and petals off, when I went to clean them up, I thought that the way the petals fell was interesting. I also liked the drops of water that I accidentally spilled.

Lawrence, I am glad that you like my shots this week. It has been so much fun finding and creating new shots. I agree with you that it is hard to keep up with all of the threads. I like when I have time to peruse the newest photos.
