It's not the flat OR the fluff. It's the taste. More than happy to judge with plentiful samples...

My cookies are the best for dipping in milk, and eating hot or cold. Yours are crunchy once they get cold. Mine are still soft cold or warm. However, you are correct on one thing. There is only, and I am, the ONE!!!!!

When you put your fluffy cookies with ice cream, they just become mush. However, mine are THE BEST crumbled on top of ice cream with chocolate syrup and whipped cream. Mine are the best!!!

My cookies stand alone, they do not have all the high fat content to include all her extras like ice cream, and chocolate syrup, etc. Additionally, there will be no dentist visit from a cracked tooth due to a diamond hard cookies that does not get soggy in ice cream.

There is scientifically documented proof that soft fluffy cookies cause cavities due to the fact that the sugar stays in the crevices of the teeth. So, therefore my cookies are healthIest AND mine are THE ONE !!!
