The mod said they were adjusting the site's settings. I hope to regain the original set of options I once had on this site soon. Not sure why things have gone bonkers but I have been assured that the site programmers are involved with it's repair.

I just checked your account. You should be able to do everything like before.

Did you check your filesize?

2. Resolution set to 72px
These guidelines will be good for viewing on a computer but will not be good for printing. This will help safeguard your copyright.
