Thanks Pat..
Sasha is a Lhasa apso..
He's actually my neighbor's dog.. sweet as hell he is... :)
That was shot with the 70-300 looking into the neighbor's from my place ;)

Thats really good, and such a sweet pic. "Herbie" is mine, and actually quite a good dog. I had a "super" good pic of him from last week (before I knew what the Challenge was.. ) I could not get him to assume that pose but I still liked this one I entered. The other 2 dogs get hyper and they see the camera point at them and they head right to me for a "rubbie"

have a great day and thanks for sharing the info about your photo.

Ruckus.jpgHere's my entry. Ruckus acts like he is sure the camera steals his soul, but he lets me snap him occasionally. Taken with my D5100.

This is our old dog "Beau" short for Beauregard, he is a Red Fox Fawn Labradour Retriever that my son found one day while out hunting at our hunt club just northwest of Baldwin, FL.. After driving all around the area looking for the owners with no luck my son Matt brought Beau home where he has been well cared for and happy for the last 6 years. I took this picture less than an 1 hour ago, after reading the rules for the contest. Please invalidate my previous photo of Beau as it was taken about 2 weeks ago.

Thank you Marcel, I feel stupid for not reading the rules before I posted the other photo.
My daddy the Admiral taught me that if you can't compete for something honestly then don't bother competing.

Do not beat yourself up over it... Your integrity surely trumps an honest mistake!
