Much to my surprise, my wife, @Seanette, expressed a willingness to be photographed while bathing, and for the resulting image to be posted here on this forum, subject to the restriction that it not show certain parts that would be covered by a swimsuit. This is farther than I would have thought to push my luck; and the timing was fortunate, as it makes a suitable entry for this challenge, saving me from trying to enter this challenge with what has become a cliché for me of using my flash or high shutter speed to stop drops or splashes of water.

It is the 28th at 0001 UTC (actually a little later now) which is the cutoff. It is always UTC unless noted otherwise (almost never happens) Ha!

Yup, we close submissions on Tuesday evening US timezones, with the finalists being announced after the "like" period ends on Wednesday evening US timezones.

The whole UTC thing makes it confusing, but was the only consistent way we could come up with to handle the range of locales represented on the forum.

Could this be posted on the contest page or embedded into something so people would know the correct UTC time?

It might take a little confusion out of the situation for those of us that don't run their lives by Zulu time.......(all of us?)
