I hope this works?? First try at uploading a picture. This is one of the first pictures taken with the 5300 all of which were rather disappointing to me. I guess I have forgotten more about taking photographs than I thought. I'm also finding the 5300 quite a challenge but, practice practice. I would very much like constructive comments on this picture please. Specifically, how to improve the technical aspects rather than the creative ones.

As is becoming more of a way of life around here, I had some ideas for this one, but just did not get what I wanted. After seeing what has already been posted, I probably shouldn't even bother with this one, but the challenge thread needs to be active. Ha! So here is my HDR'd Rotten Fence Post.
It was shot today, March 30th using a D5300. The EXIF data gets stripped when using the HDR software.

Yup, just missed it by five stinking minutes! The photo was taken in time, the submission was late.
