We have spent the last 17 days in Hawaii. I have many more spectacular shots of volcanoes, waves, sunsets, etc..., but this one is my favorite from the trip. This is my daughter Heather at Kehaka Kai on the Big Island of Hawaii taking her last swim in the beach. She stood for 10-minutes prior to actually getting in the water. When I asked her if she was okay she simply answered, "It's been so much fun, I don't want to leave." She stood there for a couple more minutes and took in the beauty of Hawaii, I'm sure wondering when, and if, she would ever see it again.

Very nice. It brings back so many memories. Not that I was a little girl. And I never had a pink bathing suit. But I was by the water once. Anyway, very nice.
