The times are UTC which is not necessarily GMT, because UTC does not change with Daylight Savings.
UTC time. Start date is midnight the 28th UTC, for us on east coast is 7pm on the 27th

Being in New Zealand GMT + 12 I have fitted in with you guys. Seems the easiest to me if we are all on the same time for these. All it means to me is I can start and end later and that way the messages that say things like "Only 24 hours to go" make sense to me.

I just set one of my extra clocks to UTC, so when I get confused, I can just click the time on the menu bar and up pops local time, UTC and US Pacific time.
The EXIF time can be a little tricky to translate if the time appears close and more so if we're not sure of the time zone or origin. And not a thing wrong with anyone questioning a time, so we can double check.

My entry also proves that all graffiti is not created by vindictive vandals - some like this and many more, which I will post on my thread, are simply amazing. A true talent in doing this in my opinion.
I got this one off a wall that has been approved for graffiti artists to use by the town council. Unfortunately vandals have defaced these truly amazing works of art and they will all be removed soon.
Very sad that people are motivated simply by the pleasure (sic) of destruction.

This is an excellent example of where "tagging" crosses over to art. SNK should be commended for some really good graphics.
I think this guy has done a few in the area.
