Re: Weebee's 365 thread

I know, I had old, cheap tripods in the past. This is my first attempt at buying a better grade set up. Both the mono-pod and tripod. It really makes a difference having better gear to get a steady shot. I'm reading up on HDR pictures. Might give it a try soon.

Re: Weebee's 365 thread

I do HDR all the time but rarely use a tripod. Bracketing on the camera is fast enough and Photoshop has no problem lining them up and removing any ghosting.

Rough day today, hit a cat on the way to work. Had one problem after another at work. I don't normally say I need this......but tonight, I do! I need a shot!

Lord, I hope so. A lot of drama when I found the owner of the cat. In New York you need to attempt to find the owner. I found the owner. Oh, boy, did I

Sounds like that little get together went over like a lead balloon. Still not as ba as me though.

I was hoping to give you all my first impressions on the charger and camera strap I ordered. But, USPS let me down. Maybe tomorrow. So, tonight I'm trying my hand at candle shots. I have more coming. But this is the best out of a bad lot.

Got woken up at 4am from this beast roaring up and down the street. I could have fixed the pic. But I kinda liked the look as it was.

Another snowy night/morning. So, since I'm up. And I'm not going outside I decided to show something I'm proud of. I received The Army Achievement medal back when I was in the service.

Watch what you say about my company!! What I have realized over the past few years was that if you order something, It sometimes goes UPS or FedEx first. Then gets delivered to our facility. If it gives a delivery date UPS and FedEx will not release it to us till then. If you have a tracking # look and see where it started and who had it first. The only time I had to blame The USPS is when I ordered a package from Texas and it took 3 days to leave there. When it did it only took a day to get to NY.

Sorry, didn't mean to step on your toes.;) Adorama is the first company I've dealt with that delivers partially with UPS, then lets USPS finish. I don't see the purpose behind this.

I haven't figured that out either. It's usually small packages that will fit in a mailbox.
