Got another fisher person on here, great. I need to break mine out this year, didn't get much of a chance last year to fish. I prefer saltwater, but its a minimum 5 hour drive for me.

Fishing is a passion of mine which I don't get enough of. I like fresh and saltwater fishing.

We have birds, pets, squirrels spiders, insects... why not fish (caught)

I was digging around my file cabinet, better known as the junk collector by my wife, and came across this guy I bought for 5.00 at a yard sale. Brass and leather Celestron 25x30mm scope.

Two of the four packages I'm waiting for from Adorama arrived today! The lowepro slingshot is awesome. I'll post more on that later when I have time to set it up for my equipment. I'm totally in awe over the Giottos mono pod I got. The thing is built like a tank. I didn't realize that this has a thread down tip to expose the metal spike. Anyway on to the pictures.

Ok,friends. I'm doing two things I've never tried. Shooting RAW, and then converting to post here. And, shooting the moon. All the way home from work I saw that big bright moon and told myself to try it. So, here it is. Can you post RAW pictures here? I wasn't sure because the file size is HUGE!
