I'll say. And he isn't being very tidy either, I'm happy I have composite, easy to clean porch boards!

Day 151. May 31,2014
First off, the bird has left the nest. Saw him and mom in the side yard under the hedge. Good to have our porch back!!
Went to see our new car that got delivered yesterday, yes, another car. Mother wanted a new ride too!
Got a 2014 Ford C-max, neat ride actually, very quiet. And while we were there the owner had his little hot rod out, dead sexy car!

Day 154. June 3, 2014
Now, I can handle Robins on my porch. But not bats in my basement. Bad picture. But you get the idea!

Bats are fun, especially if you are sat inside on a summers night and a couple fly in and start doing laps of the loungeroom :D I had a colony of bats living in the wall cavity of my house. It was fun to come home late at night and find bats doing laps in the house or when they had young we'd find baby bats getting lost all over the place. Have to say they did nip hard when you picked them up, but it was fun to hold them up to the door of their home and watch them crawl back in :D

I like living with the wild things :D

Oh my Vixen if I had to choose between spiders and bats I'd take the bats but then I can't even look at the spider photos posted :) The neighbour across the street found a bat in her living room curtains but so far no bats in our house. I get told all the time that I'm crazy with my animals but it seems you keep even more interesting creatures!

Weebee I hope the bat is easily moved out and doesn't return. I really hope it doesn't have young for you to move out :)

I would never harm a bat. I just waited until he landed on the floor and tossed a towel over him, scooped him up and took him outside and released him. I'm guessing there isn't a family in the house since this was the first time I saw him. I'll keep my ears open for any noise in the basement though.

Day 157. June 6, 2014

Some random shots during the day. At least I only found a moth on the wall when I came home today instead of a bat!!
