Weasel photographed flying on woodpecker's back

I just find it funny that if it looks unreal then it 'Must' be photoshopped... Why do everyone say that things are photoshopped?

Photoshopped has become a standard verb is many languages. Partly because it is the oldest and most used for photo-manipulation. If GIMP had been older and most used, we would consider that shot Gimped.

If something looks too good to be true, I usually am skeptical. Ever since the Loch Ness monster, people have been posting "real" photos of anything imaginable. Very rarely it is real. Everyone's looking for their minutes of fame and it's much easier getting those when creating something than by waiting on a once in a life-time opportunity.

Like I said; I need more than a fancy shot to be convinced.

I'm with you Scott. I put links to more shots in about the 3rd post and also a vid of a waesel and a seagull fighting to the death. When you look at the other shots I doubt the woodpecker (or whatever it was) actually really flew with the weasel on it's back but rather did some short flights very low to the ground. Perspective changes what you are looking at greatly, as does having no reference material in the background. I actually thought weasels were more ferret sized so was quite surprised at how small they actually are.

Yeah I saw your links :) I am sure the weasel wanted lunch but the wood pecker wanted nothing of it lol.
