So I've got everything working except onOne Perfect Photo 8.5 which will not install. I was advised to go into the Plugins folder from CC 2014 and copy everything into the CC 2015 folder and this worked for everything but that. My advice from onOne was to install the latest version of 9.5. Thanks, onOne.

Just want to publicly give kudos to onOne Software. I had a long exchange with their customer service after they kept telling me to upload 9.5 when I own 8.5 and had no reason to upgrade and incur additional cost because they won't play with CC 2015. They ultimately sent me a license for 9.5 at no cost. Nicely done, onOne.

Never had a lens profile problem until the new release. Now my Tamron 150-600 shows as a Tamron 28-70 and cannot fix other than using no profile.
5.7 is much faster than CC as well. Wish i didn't need the new version for the 7200.

I never tested it but what would happen if you copy the cam profiles in the map of the 5.7 version? Or, if that doesn't work, copy the new profile using a name of another cam profile in the map.

I'll try that and see what i can do after church today.
I can tell you though that i am so done with the CC when my 12 months are up. I will get the stand alone then. With satellite internet it's not my friend. Lots of background processes, won't work offline like they say, and MUCH slower than stand alone. Someone over at Adobe's forum suggested to uninstall everything and try again to work offline but i haven't done that yet. Just seems like a lot of hassle compared to what they had. I suspect it's all so they can hog my data and sell it or do whatever they do with it. They reported earnings and said sales for CC was up,,, so imagine that.
Rant over.

If anyone has knowledge concerning a hack in LR 5.7 for the newer model cameras, please be kind and share.

I researched and found nothing in this regard. Bought the upgrade to LR 6 and just cannot stand going backward in performance so uninstalled it and use 5.7. It seems really strange that Adobe is aware of the slower condition of the new release and has yet to address the issue in earnest. Heck, I woulda paid for an update to 5 that made it work with the new models, how hard would that be for the developers?

Another test using Nikon camera
